  •  Do you have 24 hour refunds?

     

    Per the IRS 24 hour refunds will not be processed this filling season.

  •  Can I fax in my paperwork?

     

    Yes, but all original documents must be in the office, and all tax forms must be signed before your refund check is released.

    There is no set price. The price is Computer generated.

  •  If I came in last year, do I need my Identification and social security card?

     

    YES

  •  When is the last day for electronic filing?

     

    April 15, 2016

  •  If I referred someone last year, can I still receive my money?

     

    Unfortunately, the dead line for last years referral payout expired on April 15, 2015

  •  Do you do amendments?

     

    Yes. Please be advised, once you have completed electronic filing your federal and state tax return, any and all additional information(w-2's, interest statements, school deductions, etc.) that must be added to the return will require an amendment and can only be mailed into the IRS. The processing fee for the amendment is $125.

  •  I did not file last year, can I file both?

     

    Yes, the current return eill be sent electronically, past years will be sent in as a paper return only.

  •  Can I receive a reprint of my documents?

     

    Yes. In order to reduce the amount of paper used, reprinting of any and all documents that have been provided at the time of filing will receive a $10 reprint fee. Please be sure to keep all documen

  •  How can I check on my federal refund?

     

    To check the status of your federal refund please visit www.irs.gov and select the where's my refund option.  Enter your filing status, and refund amount which is located on lone 74a on the second 1040 page that you received in your white envelope.

  •  How do I check the status of my state refund?

     

    Please visit the VA department of taxation website or call 804-367-8031 and enter your state refund amoun that is located in the white envelope provided at the conclusion of your tax prep.

    *Please not that the VA dept of taxation will be distributing some but not all of the state refunds on a state debit card. Even if you have selected direct deposit, your state return may come in the form of the debit card.

  •  When will I receive my return?

     

    Per the IRS all taxpayers expecting a refund should expect payment within 21 days after their file has been expected and approved by the IRS. Direct Deposit will receive a return quicker than opting to use a paper check. Beginning next year the IRS will require all taxpayers to use Direct Deposit option.

    * We will contact all taxpayers that have opted to receive a check when their monies have arrived for pick up.
